Your reservation/booking is binding as soon as the deposit is credited to our account.
Reisestornoversicherung
Wir empfehlen euch den Abschluss unserer Reisestorno-/Reiseabbruchversicherung (ohne Selbstbehalt). Die Versicherungsprämie überweist ihr gemeinsam mit der Anzahlung auf unser Konto. Die Versicherung deckt alle Stornokosten, unerwartete schwere Erkrankung, Unfall oder Tod des Versicherten und seiner Familienangehörigen. Auch bedeutende Sachschäden u. v. m. sind versichert.
Den gesamten Leistungsumfang der Reisestorno-/Reiseabbruchversicherung sowie die Abwicklung im Schadensfall entnehmt bitte mit dem Link „Hotelstorno Plus“ oder “Hotelstorno Premium”. An- und Abreise (Bahn- oder Flugticket, Autoreisezug etc.), Skipässe und Skikurse sind nicht versichert. Falls ihr eine eigene Reisestornoversicherung habt, müsst ihr die Formalitäten im Schadensfall selbst abwickeln.

Stornobedingungen – Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen – AGB
Urlaubsstornierungen akzeptieren wir nur in schriftlicher Form:
- Bei Storno bis spätestens 2 Monate vor Urlaubsantritt erhaltet ihr die Anzahlung abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von € 50,- zurück.
- Bei Storno zwischen 2 Monaten und 1 Monat vor Urlaubsantritt verrechnen wir 40 % des Reisepreises.
- Bei Storno zwischen 1 Monat und 1 Woche vor Urlaubsantritt verrechnen wir 75 % des Reisepreises.
- Bei Storno in der letzten Woche vor Urlaubsantritt verrechnen wir 90 % des Reisepreises, dies gilt auch bei verspäteter Anreise.
- Bei vorzeitiger Abreise verrechnen wir 100 % des Reisepreises.
Gutschriften oder Rückerstattung eurer Anzahlung
- Eure Anzahlung kann in eine Gutschrift für einen künftigen Ramsi-Urlaub umgewandelt oder direkt abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von € 50,- rückerstattet werden. Rückerstattungen bekommt ihr ausschließlich via Banküberweisung.
Smoke-free Kinderhotel Ramsi
For the benefit of the children, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the grounds of Kinderhotel Ramsi. Ashtrays are available on the balconies or terraces of the suites or rooms where smoking is allowed. Please be considerate of the other guests who live next to or above you.
Additional information about rooms and suites
The furniture and the room arrangement are as shown in the layout sketches and pictures, but may be different in the suite or room types Ladybird, Flipp, Butterfly and Shrew. The Shrew family suite on the3rd floor and the suites/rooms in Sunshine building are easily accessible via a staircase (without lift). All children’s rooms have black-out curtains!
Note regarding moving rooms: When booking online it may be necessary for you to move from one room to another room of the same category during your stay (although it happens very rarely). We ask for your understanding as this cannot be accounted for in online bookings. We will inform you in case of need.
Check-in and Check-out – Terms and Conditions (T&C)
Your room will be ready for you from 4:00 PM, well-ventilated, cleaned, and disinfected. If you arrive after 7:00 PM, please let us know briefly. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 AM.
The culinary provisions included in the package start with an afternoon snack on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. If you wish to enjoy the lunch snack (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM) on the day of arrival or departure, you can book it for an additional charge (€ 20/adult, € 10/child 3-15 years).
Airport and train station transfers
Airport transfers:Airport transfers: We are happy to pick you up from the airport or bring you back. The drive to Klagenfurt Airport is 60 min, while Ljubljana/Brnik Airport is 75 min from the Kinderhotel Ramsi. The transfers must be pre-ordered in writing at least 1 week before your arrival (info@kinderhotel ramsi.at). You will receive details of the exact itinerary of the transfer one day before arrival. Transfer costs: for 1-3 persons € 90.00 per trip, for each additional person € 30.00 per trip.
Train station transfers:If you arrive by train, we will be happy to pick you up from Hermagor station and take you back for free. Ideally, please let us know one week before your arrival.
Ramsi-Hundeetikette – Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)
Hunde sind nur in den Zimmertypen Schmetterling, Flipp, Sonnenschein und Tiny Haus erlaubt. Bitte nehmt euren Hund nicht in den Restaurantbereich (Speisesäle) mit. Auf dem Hof ist euer vierbeiniger Freund an der Leine zu führen.
Kosten pro Hund: 20,– €/Tag (ohne Futter).

Payment of the hotel bill
On site you can pay in cash, with a Maestro bank card or with credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Security restrictions and limits may sometimes cause bank card and credit card withdrawals up from a certain amount to be rejected. We recommend therefore that you transfer the remaining bulk amount for your booking into our account (Ramsi GmbH) short before your arrival.
